How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your ClickNFix account, please contact our support team using the official account deletion request option below.
Account Ownership Verification
To ensure account security and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, ClickNFix verifies the identity of the account owner before processing any account deletion request.
- The deletion request must be submitted using the same email address or mobile number associated with the registered ClickNFix account.
- Users may be asked to verify their identity through OTP verification, registered contact details, or additional account-related information.
- If the provided information does not match our records, the deletion request may be rejected for security reasons.
- Only verified account owners are authorized to request permanent account deletion.
What Happens After Your Request
- Your account deletion request will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
- Your profile information, saved addresses, uploaded files, and authentication data will be permanently removed.
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored once the deletion process is completed.
- Certain booking, transaction, invoice, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records may be retained temporarily as required under applicable laws.
Data Retention Information
ClickNFix may retain limited information related to completed transactions, invoices, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal obligations for a limited duration as required by applicable regulations.
Payment details are never stored directly by ClickNFix and are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
