Delete Your Account Through the Mobile App

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the ClickNFix mobile application.

Steps:

1. Open the ClickNFix App.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account Deletion.
4. Review the information displayed.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed and verified, the account deletion process will begin.

Request Deletion of Specific Data

If you do not wish to delete your entire account, you may request deletion of specific personal data associated with your ClickNFix account.

Examples include:

• Saved addresses
• Profile information
• Uploaded documents or images
• Service request history, where legally permissible
• Other personal information stored by ClickNFix

Account Ownership Verification

To protect user accounts and prevent unauthorized requests, ClickNFix verifies the identity of the account owner before processing any deletion request.

• The request must be submitted using the same email address or mobile number associated with the registered ClickNFix account.
• Users may be asked to verify their identity through OTP verification, registered contact details, or additional account-related information.
• Requests that cannot be verified may be declined for security reasons.
• Only verified account owners can request account or data deletion.

What Happens After Your Request

• Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
• Profile information, saved addresses, uploaded files, authentication data, and other personal information associated with the account will be permanently removed.
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored once the deletion process is completed.
• Specific data deletion requests will be processed where technically and legally feasible.
• Certain booking, transaction, invoice, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance records may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Data Retention Information

ClickNFix may retain limited information related to completed transactions, invoices, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security investigations, and legal obligations for the duration required by applicable laws.

Payment details are never stored directly by ClickNFix and are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
